命のバトン
よしのみえこ
校庭に
整列した
生徒のような
五月田
人の声
鳥の囀り
花の香り
車の騒音
聞きながら育つ
吉野の山風 川風
大雨 小雨
灼熱の太陽浴びて
成長する
黄金色となって
迎えた秋
新米となって
頭を垂れている
苗を植えてくれた人に
敬礼するかのような姿して
次年度に繋げる
命のバトン
A Baton of Life
Mieko Yoshino
A rice field in May
Looks like a school ground
Where many young students
Stand in lines
Rice grows up hearing the sound of
Person's voice
Bird's twittering
Flower's murmuring
And the noises of cars
Yoshino mountain wind and the river breeze
Heavy rain Sprinkle
Scouting sunlight
Make rice grow up
When autumn comes
Rice plants wear a golden color
All with hanging heads
Like new comers
They are saluting
With thanks for the farmers who cared them
That's like a baton relay of the life
For the next year

Born in Yoshino, Nara Pref., Japan.
Graduated from old Yoshino Technical High School.
Lives in Yoshino-cho, Yoshino-gun, Nara Pref.

Awards & Publication: Shichiken Taisho Excellent Prize for nonfiction "Uta no tsubasa wo tsukete"(1992, Shichiken Shuppan), Ai no Saint Jordi Prize, Gran Prix for nonfiction "你好・麗華"(1995, APC Shuppan), In the 11th edition, "Love Letter in age 60" (2011, NHK Shuppan), "Ima wa naki ano hito e tsutaetai kotoba"and published , (2013, Kamakura Shinsho), The 11th NPO"Hitotsubu no Shinju"gave her Haiku, Senryu prize, as an honorable mention.

よしの みえこ（本名 宮川 美枝子）
詩人、1947年に奈良県吉野郡に生まれる。旧吉野工業高校卒。現在は吉野に在住。所属：日本ペンクラブ会員、日本国際詩人協会会員、少年詩同人誌「この手」。

1995年 第6回「愛のサン・ジョルデイ賞」最優秀賞受賞作ノンフィクション「你(ニイ)好(ハオ)・麗(レイ)華(カ)」（１９９５年APC出版）。
受賞作品掲載：
2011年 第1 1回60歳のラブレター（２０１１年ＮＨＫ出版）、2013年 「今は亡きあの人へ伝えたい言葉4」（２０１３年鎌倉新書）題名 「竹ざし」が佳作。2014年 第11回ＮＰＯ「ひと粒の真珠」テーマ「真珠と秘密」俳句・川柳部門にて佳作
