姚园， 女，重庆人。现居美国西雅图，美国《常青藤》诗刊主编，中外散文诗学会副主席。曾获全球征文比赛一等奖、第三届中国最佳诗歌编辑奖、丝绸之路国际诗歌艺术金奖，以及多项其它文学奖等。有作品入选数十种诗文集。被选入《国际诗人名人录》。有诗被收录中学、大学教材。主编海内外第一本油画配诗集《藤上风》；第一部跨国性华语诗文精选集──《当代世界华人诗文精选》等。已在海内外出版社出版十余本文学书籍，其中散文诗集《穿越岁月的激流》荣获"中国当代优秀散文诗作品集"。 2012年出品海内外第一盘散文诗配油画的DVD高清专辑──《流淌在时光之外》。
Yao Yuan, Female, was born in Chongqing, China, and currently lives in Seattle, USA. She is an Editor-in-Chief of "Ivy Poetry" in USA, and Vice Chairman of Chinese and Foreign Prose Poetry Society. She obtained "The First Prize in the Global Essay Competition", "The 3rd China Best Poetry Editor Award", "The Silk Road International Poetry Art Gold Medal", and many other literary awards. Her literary works have been selected in dozens of collections of poems and essays. Especially, her poems have been selected in "The International Who's Who in Poetry ", as well as Secondary and University textbooks. She is the Editor-in-Chief of "The Wind of Vine", which is the first oil painting with poetry at home and abroad, and Editor-in-Chief of "Selection of Contemporary Global Chinese Poems and Poetry", which is the first collection of global Chinese poems, etc. She has published over 10 literary books at home and abroad, in which her prose poetry collection "Traversing the Riptide of Years" was awarded as "Collection of outstanding contemporary Chinese Prose Poetry". She also published the first DVD for oil painting with prose poem at home and abroad "Flowing Across the Time Horizon" in 2012.
Yao Yuan氏は中国の重慶で生まれ、現在はアメリカのシアトルに住んでいる。「Ivy Poetry」（アメリカ）の編集長、中国および外国散文詩協会の副会長。「グローバルエッセイコンテストの最優秀賞」、「第3回中国最優秀詩編集者賞」、「シルクロード国際詩芸術金賞」、その他多数の文学賞を受賞。

Dr. Jan Walls is a Professor Emeritus in the Humanities Department at Simon Fraser University, where he taught Chinese language and cross-cultural communication. He has been publishing translations of medieval and modern Chinese poetry since 1970. Born in Ehime, 1972. She earned her Master of Arts from Sophia University, and then got the diploma of International business management (post graduate)with Honors from Niagara College and the certificate of TESOL from St. George International College in Canada. She has also translated several English works into Japanese, from Gabriel Rosenstock to Bill Wolak. She also has published in haiku magazines and her bilingual books like Duet of Fireflies.
